I am a Canadian about to be living in Korea teaching English. When I signed a contract in 2007 for 2.3mil/month WON it was roughly $2800 CAD. Now that same salary is $1992 CAD. I am thinking about heading back to Korea to teach for another year. However the exchange is playing heavily on my decision matrix. I would really appreciate a forecast regarding the KRW-CAD. I am a canadian working now in Australia getting paid AUD and of course just over the early fall taken quite a hit on the difference. Can you tell me what you think the forecast is for the coming year or even better over the next two years since I am on a two year contract.

I donot understand the forecast of GBP/Pound for 2008-2009. Currently it is trading at approx 1GBP =1.6 USD.

Yes, such turnout wasn't expected at that time. Extreme conditions and economic crisis have dictated their own scenario. I'll update the entire table in a few days.

Forecasts that look into the long time period are more generalized than forecasts for closest dates. That's obvious, that it is only possible to analyze the market based on currently available data and overall health of the economy and politics. Knowing current tendencies we can try to make our best forecasts for future outcomes. Still, it is impossible to get any closer to literally foreseeing the future...
